What is Mind Coding®️ and how is it different to other forms of coaching?

Who do I work with?

Most of my clients are 40+. They’ve reached the point in their lives where one of the main questions in their head is “Is this really it?” because they know deep down that they don’t want the answer to that question to be ‘yes’.

A lot of my clients are also neurodiverse. As someone who received my diagnosis of Autism and ADHD aged 41, I know what it’s like to suddenly start to look back and reflect and start to realise how many signs were there along the way, and how frustrating it can be that it wasn’t picked up, and you didn’t get the support that could have helped.
